As you know, the landrush period for .Asia started today on February 20th 2008.

In fact, all domains registered during this period (that will end on March 12th) will be considered as if they were all registered at the same time. Opened auctions will then start if any domain is registered by more than on person.

Have you registered any ? It is useless to hope to get premium generic terms as there will be a lot of people trying to get these. Maybe everyone should aim for less popular terms or double words names as there will be more chance to get these, even if an auction opens.

A lot of domainers will say that .Asia is a waste of time. Well, looking back at what happened with .eu, it is true that there is not a lot to be excited for. But since Asia market is growing so fast, there sure is a lot of attention to give to asian ccTlds.
